Have you ever had a cakecicle?
I know what you may be thinking… “Brenna, what is a cakecicle?'“
Well… let me tell you! It is just like a popcicle, but with cake and chocolate instead. And, it is good. Like really good.
My friend, Karolyn, just started making these sweet treats and is launching her businesses soon (or well she is taking orders right now for Easter!) I was lucky enough to be on the taste tester list and have been enjoying the fruits of her labor for a couple of weeks now and let me tell you… I am torn for a favorite. I started with the vanilla and it was delish. Then, I HAD to have the chocolate and salted caramel because well…. it is my favorite flavor and then I concluded with a funfetti and sprinkles.
Spoiler— I have yet to pick a favorite. They are all so good and gluten free at that!!! Drewby was shocked when I told him he was eating a gluten free cakecicle! (He had the mint chocolate and promptly asked for more! haha)
